Women are a gift created by God to add a sensitive and loving flavour to both the family and church. God has called us as His daughters to be wives, mothers, teachers of younger women (Titus 2:3-5), business women and much more. It is true, these various roles do come with great challenges and can be quite overwhelming, but “whom God calls, He equips,” so we never go it alone. As a matter of fact, Jesus says in John 15:5, “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.” This is awesome news as we see that as we are connected to Him, He is with us, empowering us to be affective in all He has called us to be and to do!
The purpose of our Women's Ministry is to encourage and support each other as we grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior becoming the beautiful, strong and affective women God intended in every detail of our lives. Up for the challenge?
Friday Bible Study Group
The Friday Bible Study group meets on the second and fourth Friday of each month from 10-11:45 am. This is a wonderful opportunity to come together in the Word of God and enjoy beautiful fellowship as we grow together. For moms who are homeschooling and/or have children at home, childcare and enrichment classes are provided for all children through high school while moms are in the study.
Saturday Bible Study Group
We meet for Bible study on the second and fourth Saturday of each month from 10-11:30 am. No child care is available.
Additionally, we attend conferences and retreats throughout the year to have time to regroup, and be refreshed. During the summer, we have Women’s Brunches, and Ladies’ Night Out events such as Craft Night, Game Night and Movie Night, which allow time for wonderful fellowship as well.
